Great app. Very simple but functional.

Ive had this app for about 4 years and I honestly cannot believe how useful it is. I normally cant keep up with writing in journals, but since its made so easily accessible on my phone, I frequently write diary entries. I love all the features, especially the iCloud sync (so I dont have to start over every time I get a new phone). I hope to keep using the app for many more years to come! :)

It may sound strange, but I wanted a place to keep track of birthdays and deaths in my life.. And this app is perfect for that as well as event reminders...it has multiple uses. I love it!!

Works great so far. Ability to add a picture is what makes this superior to a bound journal

So this is going to sound exactly like an infomercial, but Im typing out my honest thoughts and opinions about this app. So I love journaling, Ive been writing for a while and have a TON of comp books. Recently, my parents have kind of complained about all of them and I have no more space to put them. Also, since Im in school and such, Ive been forgetting to write a lot because Im too tired and it will take too long. I want to type my thoughts, but it just isnt right to type my thoughts on microsoft word because people can access my documents. So I found this app, with a passcode, and it is amazing. I have it on my iPad and I have a keyboard to go along with it. I have it passcode protected, I can type every night, super fast, and I also can keep everything organized in one place. Im telling you, if you want to have a journal/diary, GET THIS APP.

I like it. Its not an amazing award winning app, but its a good app that gives you something to look forward to every night. Its a very simple layout and easy to use. Entries dont have to be long and in depth, and I am not pressured to write every day (even though thats a good habit to have and makes the long term happiness fluctuation graph more accurate) because not every day brings some grandiose event that needs to be recorded. The nicest thing is being able to easily go back a month or two and be able to look back on old entries and reflect. I just wish the little face on the happiness scale would change expression more than it does, and that it would look sad, not angry, when it was set low. Thanks for giving me a diary I actually write in.

I been looking for a diary since I gotten my iPad to quickly write down my thoughts. I love this app. The fingerprint password is my favorite part and its so simple. Cant wait to get my keyboard to write quicker. Worth the 3 bucks

This is a very nice journal program. They do a great job. I would like it if they had multiple skins for the app. You will find the casual theme of the application very startling if you are trying to migrate from Day One. This app has a very different approach from Day One in which the format is far less like a personal blog as his caps Day One and watch more like a casual journal. Believe it or not, I use both products now, but I do prefer the fact that this app still syncs with iCloud. I suspect that many people are looking for replacement for Day One now that it no longer syncs with iCloud. That was my objective originally. If this developer is really smart they would capitalize on the fact that people are now looking for alternatives to Day One and in addition to the calendar view allow posts to be viewed in a blog like format similar to Day One providing the best of both worlds. However, if you are looking for a very solid casual journal app that syncs across platforms and devices using iCloud this is a beautiful application.

Ive always been a bit reluctant to switch to an electronic diary, but this is a great option and now I have this available whenever and wherever I go! Great app!

I like the overall aesthetic and simplicity of this app. It has always worked well, no problems.

Simple yet does the job. I have enjoyed keeping track of my wonderful days although Im noticing some space starting to definitely increase where the history is stored on my phone. Not an issue, Im very happy to have records of my thoughts during my pregnancy etc. Once or twice I noticed an entry disappear after it was written but potentially due to my error. I sometimes fall asleep in the evening before closing out. It would be nice to have a fail safe if that were to keep happening

I have been using this app for years. I switched from a hand written journal which Ive done since childhood. Its secure and easy to use.

I truly like the notifications asking me how was my day. Wants me to keep journaling. Thank you for the great work put the into developing such a great app.

Ive tried written forms of journaling before and have never been able to do so consistently. This year I set a goal of journaling a couple of thoughts per day and/or taking a photo that captured the days memory, and this app has helped me achieve that goal!

The app offers exactly what I was looking for and more! I deeply appreciate the creators of this app!
